Cleanliness poor. The room with Bunkbeds is really small...
Again - squeaking beds, leaking shower.
Room very dirty + public space (shower, etc) with very low maintenance. Stuff unpolite.
cold room, bad heater, small room,
Good localization, nice people quite clean. Close to shops. Calm place.
Definition of the female room may vary from real. Once You may be with only girls while other night with only guys. Most of people didn't eat breakfast - not very tasty.
Available at short notice, 24 hour reception, 5 min walk from West Kensington tube station (zone 2). Towels, sink, mirror and kettle (untested) in room.
Overheard one staff member say "this is not a hotel", eep. Interior is old, many shared toilets and shower rooms along central corridor with many stairs. It's on a flight path so you hear a constant background hum of jet engines and also occasional bikers and cars zooming past.
There were good facilities in the common area and the location just west of central London was helpful especially as a stop-over prior to flying out from Heathrow (the nearby Baron's Court station is on the Heathrow underground line). This was reasonable budget accomodation.
I think the staff could work on their friendliness - a smile wouldn't go astray. The bathrooms were adequate but certainly could have been cleaner.
Teh location was near to Barons court tube station
The walls are very thin, and out room was the first in the corridor so we heard everybody who went past
Cheap and sufficiently comfortable place with very easy and fast transport to the centre. It isn't noisy, and the bathroom was clean.
Windows open only a little - larger dormitory becomes quite hot with more people sleeping there.
W14 is a nice, well kept building on a good location (near tube in zone 2). The hotel was not perfect, but for this value I cannot complain.
The shower was not very clean, the toiletdoor was broken and the bed were noisy. But for this value I will not complain.
Comfortable beds, decent showers, quiet area close to tube and also sainsburys express open til 11
Our room was downstairs next to the kitchen so it was quite noisy in the morning
The bar and communal areas are well equipped
The plumbing for the showers was incredibly loud and woke us up through the night. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist was very unapologetic and unhelpful and only moved us to another similar room next to a shower room. Our third room, away from any plumbing noises, was fine. This is definitely a budget backpacker hostel, not a hotel.
Location and price.
The reception staff were extreemly unhelpfull regarding parking and couldnt speak verry good english so was even more difficult. The room was tiny and the noise form the showerr room next door had us awake from 7am. No mention of bunk beds when I bbooked the room.
location not too bad, nothing else!
staff is very unwelcoming, rooms and bath unpleasant, won't recommend if you have any other choice..
Hotel staff were very courteous and willing to help. The availabity of a restaurant in house added to make my stay comfortable.
There were no wardrobes in the room. The double room had two separate beds
